In the beginning, in order to have enough money to take good care of the elderly, the nuns of the temple did a lot of extra jobs such as making incense, selling sticky rice, and vegetarian noodles to cook vegetarian food for Buddhist families. Lam Quang pagoda was established in 1997, currently carrying 149 people, including 126 old people, the rest are destitute children.\u00a0People here are sometimes more or less, because sometimes we welcome new grandparents, and sometimes someone dies.\u00a0Since then, more than 300 dead people have been buried and worshiped at the pagoda.<\/p>\n
