Regarding the garment export license:
Pursuant to Section 4, Appendix II of the Government’s Decree No. 187/2013 / ND-CP dated November 20, 2013, “detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding international goods trading and when exporting, selling, processing and transiting goods with foreign countries ”, when exporting goods according to quotas set by foreign countries, your company must apply for an export permit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
