– The registration of drug circulation and company is based on the provisions of Circular No. 44/2014 / TT-BYT dated November 25, 2015 of the Ministry of Health. Whereby:
Drugs with valid circulation registration numbers, imported according to needs, are not required to apply for import permits or certification of import orders.
Drugs and packages in direct contact with imported drugs requiring import permits from the Drug Administration of Vietnam – the Ministry of Health include:
Finished drugs, medicinal ingredients, vaccines, medical biologicals without a registration number;
Packaging in direct contact with the drug.
When carrying out customs clearance procedures, enterprises importing drugs or primary packages of drugs must present to the border-gate the original test slip of the manufacturer certifying that the quality standards are met for each batch of imported drugs. manufacturer’s import
Traders importing drugs and primary packages of drugs shall take responsibility for the quality and safety of imported drugs according to the provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law, the Commercial Law and other regulations on current drug quality control. onions.
Expiry date of imported drugs:
Finished products imported into Vietnam with expiry date over 24 months, the remaining expiry date must be at least 18 months from the date of arrival in Vietnam. For drugs with expiry date equal to or less than 24 months, the expiry date must remain at least 12 months from the date of arrival in Vietnam;
About import procedures
The Company complies with Article 16 and Article 18 of the Circular No. 38/2015 / TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance. Accordingly, businesses need to provide the following documents:
Import customs declaration
Commercial invoice
Bill of lading or relevant transport documents
Import permits for goods must have import permits
A written notice of exemption from inspection or a written notice of the inspection result of a specialized agency in accordance with law
